Mr Xu Han

Biography: Xu Han was a visiting student in the School of Engineering at RMIT University and the Micro Nano Research Facility (MNRF) from 2018 to 2019.

He is now working toward his Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics in the Institute of Microelectronics, Lanzhou University, Lanzhou, China. He received the B.S. degree in microelectronics from Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China, in 2017. His current research focuses on silicon-based photonic devices for optical interconnect, such as optical mode-division (de)multiplexers, mode exchange devices, and mode switches.
