Biography: Dr. Thach Nguyen is a Senior Lecturer in the Electroninics & Telecommunications Discipline - School of Engineering and was an ARC APD fellow. He completed his PhD at RMIT University on highly efficient LiNbO3 modulators. His current research interests include integrated photonic devices and circuits, integrated photonic design methods, numerical methods for integrated photonics, and microwave photonics. He has created a number of integrated photonic design and simulation tools.
